Apple Bites: Granola & Greek Yoghurt


  • 1 apple, Bravo variety
  • 5 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp toasted granola
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey


  • Slice the apple into 5mm thick round discs, core out the seeds with a knife or a corer.
  • Add a tbsp of Greek yogurt to each slice of apple, follow by the granola and a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Serve with a drizzle of honey over the top.


Other apple varieties such as Royal Gala, Pink Lady, Granny Smith are suitable for this recipe.
